Thanksgiving morning, my favorite holiday. Family and feasting with no strings attached. I may offer $20 to a niece or nephew to ensure my wine glass never reaches close to empty.

I'm in charge of my now world-famous butternut squash and sweet potato puree, and I'm also bringing back-up bottles of wine. Of course, in my family we've reached a point where the back-up bottles require back-up bottles...

Anyway, whatever you do in the kitchen today, be careful you don't burn the house down!
