I've bought a few items on EBay over the years, and I've sold several items on EBay, too. Last year I was shopping for a new(er) BMW and I checked the listings on EBay to see if there was anyone in my general area selling one that I could get a great deal on. Several dealerships list cars on EBay Motors and if they don't put a reserve on the car, the highest bid wins. There's no wiggle on the part of the seller or the buyer. You list an item, you accept a bid -- it's a contract.
You don't get to contact the winning bidder and say the price is too low. Idiots.
