Finally, confirmation for what everyone has subconsciously suspected for a very long time: Meetings are bad for your health.

I'm keeping all my meetings to 30 minutes max in the future, and plan on leaving other peoples meetings after 40 minutes. So you're warned.

Thanks for mentioning the post. I think the lack of a focused agenda should have been at the top of the list. If a meeting has a decent agenda, and the person in charge of the meeting will force people to follow the agenda, often meetings can be useful.

But the study's finding is true, so many meetings are a waste of time.
