Leave it to the tolerant-to-a-fault Dutch to have to find a solution to solve a problem which sprang from their absurd tolerance, which in turn confronts Dutch sensibilities, so they have to solve a second problem. Both problems are manifestations of a much bigger original problem, of course, but the Dutch revel in problem solving incrementally.
